Hope everyones summer is going well and you all had a safe 4th of July. Time for an update.....

***I ask, no I beg, everyone who reads this to invest $10 to go see the movie "An Inconvienent Truth". It's an Al Gore movie about global warming and our planet Earth. Now regardless of your opinion of Mr. Gore or global warming in general, this movie is full of compelling scientific evidence that paints a very clear picture as to the effects we have, and continue to have, on our planet. It also explains the consequences we ALL face if we don't alter our lifestyle to reverse this path. Please go see this movie to make your own informed decision about the importance of this subject. Remember, once we tip the delicate balance of Mother Nature and disrupt her cycle, we can't un-do it, we can't threaten her with war, and we can't buy her forgivness. Go see "AN INCONVIENENT TRUTH"!***

***On to wrestling related matters... I'm actually sitting at the Minneapolis airport (sipping on a margarita) waiting to fly to Japan for my Dragon Gate tour. Anyone who has seen the ROH shows featuring the DG stars knows these guys are incredibly athletic, quick, and tough. I know I'm in for a physically challenging week. However, I remain confident that Roderick Strong and myself will return with the ROH Tag-Titles still strapped around our waists.***

***To quickly address the status of my knee injuries... I do have a torn ACL in my right knee and a sprianed ACL in my left knee. The tear happened last January against Kevin Steen in Montreal, and the sprain occured this past Feb. in TNA against the Naturals from a Chase Stevens wounded-duck star press. I've been working through these injuries, and like a lot of others, will continue to do so. Such is the life of a wrestler...***

*** To confirm reports, I did shoot a Cover Girl commercial in NYC about a month ago. It featured Kerri Russell, who is starring in the new "Mission Impossible" sequal this summer, and should be airing nationaly soon. This was a great experience, and I recieved a lot of positive feedback on my performance. I will continue to expand in this field of work in the future. Beware the lip-gloss!***

***Finally, I'm happy to report after a couple of months of negotiating, I am set to re-sign and return with TNA. I'm looking forward to coming back and expect to make quite an Impact! upon my arrival. I'll have more on this once I return from my tour of Japan.***

***That's all for now. I'm about to take off for Dragon Gate. Take care. Until next time, safe travels!
